Our Service Department will then assist you in giving you an authorization number to return any defective equipment that is under the one year warranty either for replacement or warranty repair. 

For equipment that the warranty has expired,  the equipment can be evaluated for repair costs and quoted directly to you.

 

 

             

For the MAX-1000 system components the return time to Reliable Security is 24 hours, overnight shipping for European Orders.  The turn around time for warranty replacement or warranty repair is 24 hours guaranteed.
