Purchase price
Prices are listed in our catalogs and Web site, and are subject to change without notice. Prices for certain government, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our credit department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.
 

Pricing Information; Availability; Errors and Omissions Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer's orders.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published in our catalogs and on our Web site(s). However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We make no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, we shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price. Note: We also do not guarantee that our prices listed on other Web sites or price engines are accurate or up-to-date.

ORDERING

Quote Only - We understand that some of our customers may need to have their purchases approved before ordering.  To do so, place your order and in the comments box add the words QUOTE ONLY.  

Your unique order number will serve as your reference number. To utilize a quote to place an active order, please forward your receipt from the quote by fax  1-425-252-3426 (both in and out of the U.S.) or by email at orders@buysecuritydirect.com

All other terms and conditions apply. Please note all quotes are valid for 30 days from date of order receipt.

PAYMENT 

Visa or MasterCard - All Orders must be paid for using a Visa or MasterCard. At this time, buysecuritydirect does not accept credit card payments over the Internet. All account information will be taken by phone and kept on file. Orders will be shipped after we receive authorization from the credit card on monies available for the purchase.

Special Terms- Terms may be available on large orders upon special approval.

Past Due Accounts - All accounts that are past due thirty days will be put on credit hold and no further product will be shipped until all accounts are brought to standard terms and conditions as laid forth here. It is also important to note that all late accounts will be charged a 1.5% interest charge per month for all outstanding charges. This will also have to be paid to current terms and conditions before more products can be ordered and released or warranty issues take place.

Electronic Bank Transfer - Payment may be made using electronic transfers. The transfer must be completed before buysecuritydirect will ship an order.

Tax  - Sales Tax may be applicable in some states.

SHIPPING 

Due to fluctuating energy costs, we have temporarily disabled our automatic freight rate calculator. The exact freight amount will be faxed or emailed to you upon receipt of your order. Please indicate in the “Special Instructions”, the date you require the shipment and we will quote you the best freight rate possible.

International Orders - When placing an order that will require International shipping, we ask that the customer state their shipping preference in the comments section provided on the Order screen. Shipping cost, as well as any tariffs or custom fees, for International will be noted and sent via email to the customer for approval. All International orders are subject to review by buysecuritydirect before acceptance of the order.

RETURN POLICY

TO AVOID DENIAL OR DELAY, PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY.

Note:  All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.
All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected and determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.  All returns must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and be 100% complete.  All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer.  A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event that ANY item(s) in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package.  Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE item
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 30 days of the original invoice date.  Buysecuritydirect.com shall have sole discretion as to the credit method.  We may issue you a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items that are returnable by Buysecuritydirect.com to the product manufacturer may, at the sole discretion of Buysecuritydirect.com, be accepted for return.  ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for credit or refund at Buysecuritydirect.com's sole discretion within 30 days of the original invoice date.

To request a return authorization number, send your request to info@buysecuritydirect.com with the order number, model number and reason for return.  The return authorization number (RA#) should be written on the outside of the package when returned.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We do offer technical assistance via email.  Our staff is experienced in surveillance and security, some of them having over twenty years experience. However, we ask you to keep your requests at a minimum. Buysecuritydirect.com is primarily for buying peripheral products to existing systems.  While you certainly could purchase all the product that would allow you to set up a complete security system, we highly recommend that you seek qualified assistance with a licensed and bonded security dealer.
